All school-aged children are invited to join us on Friday, January 10th starting at 3:30PM in the program room, to learn more about the opportunities available in joining a local 4-H Club.  The Darke County Ohio State Extension Office will be providing this program to our community families in sharing information about all the of the fun projects, leadership, serving and learning opportunities  4-H offers within it's program and the many area clubs. We hope you join us for this fun after school program!

The Arcanum Public Library would like to offer a community game night open to anyone that would like to join others in playing Euchre on Monday, January, 13th from 6:00-7:30PM.  We plan on having several card decks and tables available.  If you would like to bring an extra deck of cards to share just for the evening, you are welcome to.  We look forward to providing the community a social time to play cards together and hope you can join us!

On Friday, January 17th, we are offering a Family Movie Matinee available with popcorn and a movie from 1:45-3:45PM. 

We hope you will join us on Friday, January 24th at 1:ooPM for an informational program with the Darke County Parks Department on Winter Birding.  Come learn about how best to nurture a backyard winter environment for your birds and some of our local winter bird identification. 

On Monday, January 20th the Arcanum Public Library will be offering three Healthy Cooking Classes throughout the day.  The first class is Breakfast Smoothies at 9:00AM.  The second class will be Lunch Pita Pockets at 1:00PM.  The last class will be Dinner Wraps and Veggies at 4:00PM.  Please call the library at 937-692-8484 or drop in at the front desk to add your name to the list.  These classes are for 12 years old and up.  Space is limited in all classes so sign up to ensure your spot.
